2. Plug in the Laptop's power adapter to the USB-C Charging port of the hub before connecting an external hard drive or multiple devices to the hub.

3. When the ambient temperature is around 82.9°F(28.3°C ), the working temperature of this hub can reach up to 119.3°F(48.5°C), which may feel warm to the touch, but should not result in burns with brief contact.

4. The interference between USB 3.0 and 2.4GHz WiFi can be solved by changing to USB 2.0 ports or WiFi 5G.

5. The USB ports are intended for data transfer. They only provide minimal 0.5A charging.

6. The Type C PD Charging port is not thunderbolt 3 port ,cannot use for data transfer or video output, SD & TF card solts cannot use at the same time.

7. Note: HP charging and incompatible problems may be due to HP as they do not allow 3rd party charger to charge their laptop. HP devices must use the original charger directly connect the laptop to charge but not by our usb c hub
